So, because he is in transition and FEELS he is a woman, he used the women's loos? What about the feelings of the women in seeing a man in their loo?, or th ereal danger of rapists using thie method to rape in the loo? Presumably he was arrested because women raised the alarm, meaning he does not look as much as a woman as he feels? What about just cross dressers?
