He's such a pompous oaf. This is Coleman's second crack at Chair - he introduced the badge of office last time. I respected Sally Hamwee's decision not to use it when she took over from Coleman's first stint - the badge is an anachronism, and it's all about trying to raise the chairman of the GLA above other GLA members and, more importantly, above the public.
