Thanks PinkNews.co.uk, for reporting such a good news story. I live in California and today is June 23 while your story was published June 12.

I hadn't heard about this great outcome to Natalie Jones' experience with the ongoing U.S. news clampdown (not just on Queer issues of course) from any news source where I live, not yet anyway, but maybe I just need to be more and more and more and more patient.

Today I'm so proud of the people in Iran for their reactions to a stolen presidential election that I'm embarrassed by the reactions of my fellow citizens to two certifiably stolen presidential elections.

Harvey Milk would be some kind of wonderful right about now.

I'd just like to clarify that I'm actually not an ex-gay, simply because (funnily enough) I don't believe you can change your sexuality. I'm sure my boyfriend would confirm if he were on here. JP – what is your actual goal in all of this copy-pasting of random garbled messages on ex-gays? You just keep showing how intolerant you are of other people. Anyone not agreeing with you 100% gets an earful of venom. Next time, I'm just going to ignore you and engage with more adult people contributing to the discussions.

Ex-gays don't exist. They're gay people who outwardly try to convince others that they are straight. But they're still gay. They are no more real than the tooth fairy or Harry Potter. So, should imaginary people be allowed to speak? Why of course they should…. the next time the tooth fairy does a report on dental hygiene, I'll certainly listen to ex-gay people.
