Naomi – read the article, he is being tried under Scots law not US law and evidence of photos of children and babies has been found on his computer (according to the BBC)

I know someone from LGBT outh scotland and they are a brilliant organisation despite this guy being a paedo.

"Child pornography" encompasses a very diverse amount of material. Photographs of clothed 17-year-olds can be considered child pornography under U.S. law. Condemning him for merely looking at such photographs smacks of a mindless worship for the arbitrary decrees of the state.
