I am so sick of religious warmongerers! Who gives a TOSS about all this stuff when people and the planet are dying in front of us??

Man can be incredibly selfish, especially extreme religious ones. Surely no 'god' would intend any harm to another human being? End of.

The Torah states clearly that if Jews do not follow Jewish Law (which include killing gay men)then the G-d of Israel will send a nation of people to torture and persecute the Jews. This is JEWISH doctrine. Israel should not be a democracy, it is only the Muslims that have the integrity enough to know this.

al-Qaradawi and his ilk are simply letting us see the REAL face of the Arab imperialist terrorist cult known to some as "the religion of Peace".

A sensible person only needs to read the Koran once to figure out the likely consequences of actually believing its hateful contents.

As for Andrew's fond notion of no hateful Jews, well, while Jewish tradition – in the broadest sense – HAS produced many great & admirable persons of truly humane, tolerant & progressive values, familiarity with the contents of the Hebrew Bible & parts of the Talmud leave one in no doubt about where the fundamentalist Zionist Israeli settlers get some of their violently ethnocentric sense of entitlement from.

Historically, of course, Christianity may be responsible for the largest "body-count" of all, though lately Islam seems Hell-bent on playing catchup as quickly as possible.

Do you think perhaps this carnage just might be SOMETHING to do with the violent, interventionist god-characters of the Bible & the Koran?

So after looking at the photo I was wondering if he lost his mind from a really bad fall on his head, or is it just that he was a complete ranting raving delusional gobshite anyway? At least he demonstrates for everyone who hasn't had a really bang on the head, that Islam, as religions go, is right up there in the mad, bad, and dangerous to know section writhing on the floor, foaming at the mouth with the Christian, Hindu, etc, fundamentalists.

This al-Qaradawi guy is sick, political figures in Britain shouldn’t feel the need to pander to people who preach violence and incite hatred. It’s a good idea for mayors to meet with people of all faith groups, but not those individuals who hold such dangerous views. The same can be said of the Pope who, whilst only slightly less bigoted, gets undeserved invitations.
