		<description>This is an interesting one. If Clinton does nothing, then she can be accused of being as useless on gay rights as her husband. It&#039;ll also undermine the arguments made by some gay Democrats that Clinton would have done more for gays and lesbians than Obama. If Clinton does go with equal rights for her employees, is she undermining Obama&#039;s policy of &#039;rights should be achieved by grassroots action&#039;. Or is Obama going to let - or encourage - Clinton to grant these rights to see how much flak she&#039;ll attract before he starts implementing equal rights attraction elsewhere? I don&#039;t have answer here, just speculating on some of the possibilities.</description>
