Finland and the UK in 2016. that is what I predict and put my money on. Remember once civil unions or registered partnerships become legal and accepted - people then except that only marriage is then the way to go (several years after RPs or CUs)! No actually Iceland will be next in 2010, then Denmark in 2012 (because of a conservative Government there), then France in 2013, then Germany in 2014.
