Anti-gay group fails in attempt to ban Brokeback DVD
Worldwide retailer Walmart, has decided to sell the DVD of gay cowboy movie, Brokeback Mountain, despite protests from a Christian Group.
Anti gay group, The American Family Association, wanted to see the award winning film banned from outlets of the world's largest store claiming it would harm their family friendly image.
A Wal-Mart spokesman said: "The only thing we take into consideration when we decide to sell something is whether we think there's demand among our customers, We're a retailer. We want to sell things our customers will buy."
Brokeback Mountain has sold over 1.4 million DVD copies so far.
