But if it is a publicly available space, then it needs to be available to everyone. I agree it is a tricky one - just as religious rights shouldn't trump gay rights, the same is also true. I don't believe churches should be forced to allow gay marriages on their property. But, I do believe religious adoption agencies should consider gay and lesbian couples as potential adopters. . .
