The clarity of the judgement is so sound and makes it clear that Islington did not terminate the employment because of her religious beliefs but that she was was not prepared to do the job as required by law. She even refused a 'compromise' where she would not be required to undertake the full registration. The Christian Institute will probably appeal this reasonable judgement - they never give up and its naive to believe that unreasonable people will behave reasonably.
