1:27 PM — A trans woman who was denied breast enlargement surgery is taking her primary care trust to court. The patient, known only as 'C', has been living as a woman for ten years and has undergone hormone treatment, although she has not had any other surgery.

11:58 PM — Ben Summerskill, the chief executive of LGB (lesbian, gay and bisexual) rights charity Stonewall, has pulled out of attending and speaking at the Conservative Party's LGBT event to be held tonight. The decision follows the party's coalition with homophobic parties within the European Parliament.

11:05 PM — Police are urgently appealing for witnesses to a homophobic attack in central London. A 62-year-old man is in hospital suffering serious head injuries after he was attacked near Trafalgar Square on September 25th just before midnight.
