The video, accompanied by music from Russia's 2013 Eurovision entry, 'What If?', simply explained the situation in the country for LGBT people and supporters and called on Brighton Pride revellers to support campaigns to highlight the issue.

Many participants held signs reading 'Brighton Pride Supports LGBT Russia'.
