When will the inhabitants of Albert Square learn that honesty is always the best policy? This week sees Tanya and Jack trying to keep their move to France a secret from Tanya's possessive ex-hubby Max. However, seeing as Abi and Lauren have probably told half their friends at school and Jack has already told ex-girlfriend Ronnie, we don't fancy their chances of keeping that secret under their hats for long. What will Max say when he discovers the truth?

After weeks of watching disturbed jailbird Tony manipulate and control underage schoolgirl Whitney, their tense relationship finally comes to a head this week. Whitney struggles to cope with his callous behaviour towards her. Will she finally realise what he's been doing is wrong and tell Bianca?
EastEnders: Bradley and Stacey call it quits
Bradley and Stacey decide to call time on their brief and turbulent marriage this week after Stacey final admits that she doesn't feel the same way anymore. We all know it's because she fancies Callum and it seems Bradley realises this too, he even gallantly suggests that she follow her heart. How sweet!
EastEnders: Danielle uncovers Stacey's secret
Bradley and Stacey have been on and off more times than a light switch since they first got together way back in 2006. However, this week the cracks are really beginning to show in their relationship as it becomes clear that they don't share the same desire to become parents. Unable to tell Bradley how she really feels about having children, Stacey continues to take her contraceptive pill despite telling Bradley that she wants to try for a baby with him. Sounds like this is going to end in tears!
EastEnders: Tanya discovers Jack's been keeping a dark secret
When Tanya Branning dumped adulterous husband Max in order to shack up with his brother Jack it was never going to be plain sailing. This week, events manage to take a turn for the worst when Max opens a festering can of worms that threatens to blow Tanya and Jack's relationship apart. Will Max succeed in reaping the ultimate revenge on his brother and ex-wife?
EastEnders: Ian stirs up trouble after his accident
This week, pernickety Ian Beale proves he can still cause trouble even when he is confined to bed. After falling on some margarine that Bianca had deliberately smeared across the café floor as part of a half-baked plan to sue Ian for fake injury damages, Walford's answer to Sir Alan Sugar is bedridden with leg and back injuries.
EastEnders: Honey leaves Billy
Honey and Billy were never the most believable of couples. Billy first appeared on our screens as the distant cousin of Grant and Phil Mitchell. He was also the abusive uncle of young Jamie Mitchell and wasn't exactly doting father or husband material. His transformation from cowardly bully of children to cowardly family man required a substantial suspension of belief on behalf of the audience. When he finally got hitched to Honey it seemed an unlikely coupling to say the least.
EastEnders: Jase is killed in gangland attack
Albert Square residents are shocked and devastated this week when loveable rogue Jase is killed by gangland thugs on the eve of his wedding to Dawn. What should have been a fun stag do with all the boys in the Vic, quickly escalates into a violent bloodbath.
EastEnders: Stacey and Bradley back together for good
It's a wonder that Stacey Branning is still this side of sanity after everything the market stall trader has been through. If being a part-time carer for her deranged mum Jean wasn't enough to drive her to drink, she's got a psychopath for a brother and has also managed to sleep with her husband's father.
EastEnders: Jim's homecoming upsets Dot
Emotions are running high in the Branning household this week as ailing OAP Jim Branning makes a dramatic return home after more than a year away. Since suffering a stroke last summer the frail pensioner has been resting up in a nursing home after Dot decided she couldn't cope with him by herself. Although he has made a good recovery the stroke has robbed him of his speech and he is confined to a wheelchair.
EastEnders: Phil reveals some shocking home truths
Family, or "fam-lee" as the residents of Albert Square would say, is the focus of this week's event in Walford. First off, Peggy and Archie's rather sudden decision to tie the knot sparks tension within the Mitchell camp as Ronnie suspect's her dad's true motives. Needless to say, this doesn't sit too well with Peggy who is growing tired of Ronnie's drunken rants about how evil her father is. Aren't we all?
EastEnders: Roxy and Sean announce shock wedding
Last week Roxy fled hundreds of miles away to Devon to escape the clutches of psychotic lunatic Sean. This week, they’re getting married. Yes you read that correctly. Next week, it will probably be: Sean who? Such is the fickle nature of glamour-puss Roxy Mitchell.
EastEnders: Max and Jack compete for Tanya
The gloves are off this week for Max and Jack, as the brothers fight tooth and nail over Walford bombshell Tanya. The increasingly confusing love triangle between Jack, Tanya and Max has now morphed into a love square, as Max uses Ronnie to get back at Tanya. Why Max still loves the woman who once tried to murder him is anybody's guess.
EastEnders Spoilers: Roxy moves in with Sean
Albert Square is awash with problems this week. Resident party girl Roxy Mitchell returns to Walford having rekindled her romance with bad boy Sean Slater, much to Ronnie's horror.
