Molly and Tyrone are getting married but will it all go to plan? Tyrone gets himself into a fix by helping out Pam – and ending up being arrested for handling stolen goods. Jack manages to persuade the policeman to let him go until after the ceremony, while Molly is astounded at the horse drawn carriage waiting to take her to the church – and amazed that her groom has gone to so much trouble for their big day. Tyrone gets there on time, only to faint under the stress of his arrest. But was the police officer all that he seemed?

Maria is locked in the house with her husband's killer and listens stunned as he tells her that the affair was going on for months and admits that he did want Liam out of the way. Tony then offers her a million pounds to stop the accusations. Maria is aghast and sets off to the police station. Carla can't understand why Tony won't sack Rosie but he insists that he would also have to sack Sally and that would arouse suspicion. Carla decides to let Rosie know exactly how she feels about her betrayal before heading over to Maria's to tell her side of the story. Carla tells Leanne that Tony knew about the affair but has forgiven her but Leanne is not convinced that Tony is the forgiving type. Meanwhile, Jed Stone has heard Maria's accusation and thinks he is on to something – he lets Tony know that he is going to compare notes with Maria.

Maria is stunned to find out that Tony knew about the Carla and Liam footage of them kissing and her head starts to race with unanswered questions. She tells Tom that she wants to find out the truth and goes about questioning Dev and then Tyrone, who tells he that Jason reckoned the driver of the car didn't swerve or put the brakes on. This is all Maria needs to hear and she seizes on the news as proof Liam's death was no accident.

There's trouble in store for Tony as Carla surprises him with a visit from his brother, Pat, and then Jed demands more money for the house he evicted him from. Jed also tells his tales to Kevin and Sally – fuelling her anger about the secrets Rosie has been asked to keep and the fact Carla makes a disparaging remark about Kevin. The wedding goes ahead smoothly – until Sally can't contain herself any more and spills the beans to Maria about Carla and Liam.

Fiz and John return from their romantic weekend away and John is super-keen to go to his gran's to "feed the cat". A taxi job comes first though and as he rushes off to work he leaves his keys and mobile behind. Fiz quickly becomes concerned about the moggy when she hears that Lloyd hasn't fed it while they've been away. Taking matters into her own hands she decides to head to John's gran's to feed the cat herself. What is she about to find?
Coronation Street: The street bid farewell to Liam
There's a sombre start to the week in Manchester as the residents of the street attend Liam's funeral. Maria's not sure how she's going to cope, so she takes Ozzy along for support. Carla has no idea how she's going to get through the day either. Once she arrives at the church, she finds it overbearing and flees as soon as the hymn singing begins. Her dramatic exit raises a few eyebrows in the congregation.
