24 February 2006Asbo for gay hairdresser who played music too loud 1 A hairdresser has been handed an Asbo after neighbours complained he was playing music such as country hit Stand By Your Man too loudly.William Hillan from Larkhall, Lanarkshire annoyed neighbours by playing high volume music from his sound system at all hours. They complained the songs were so loud they couldn't hear their TVs and also said he held noisy parties in his back garden. -

A gay film festival will be held April 20-27. -
