Men appear in court over Clapham gay murder
12:00 AM — Two men appeared at a magistrates court earlier today in connection with the death of the gay bar man, Jody Dobrowski.Thomas Pickford (25) who is homeless and Scott Walker (33) a homeless decorator appeared at South Western Magistrates' Court.They spoke only to confirm their names and date of birth. Their solicitors made no application for bail and the pair have been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 31st January 2006.

12:00 AM — Simon Hobart, the legendry founder of the London's alternative gay scene died in the early hours of Sunday morning.Mr Hobart who founded Popstarz, Ghetto and Trash Palace is credited for the having initiated the gay indie scene in London and far beyond.

12:00 AM — Simon Hobart, the legendry founder of the London's alternative gay scene died in the early hours of Sunday morning. Much of London's gay community was in shock as the news spread over the course of the week.Simon who founded Popstarz, Ghetto and Trash Palace is credited for the having initiated the gay indie scene in London and far beyond. Police have confirmed that the body of a man matching Mr Hobart's description was found on Sunday morning outside his home. They are not treating the death as suspicious.

Two arrested in Clapham gay murder case
12:00 AM — Two men, aged 33 and 25, were arrested in connection with the suspected anti-gay murder of Jody Dobrowski (pictured) and police have announced that they are contiuing to hold the pair for further questioning.Mr Dobrowski was found unconscious in the early hours of Saturday but died later in hospital. He had suffered a violent, homophobic attack that caused head, neck and facial injuries.

12:00 AM — The Metropolitan police have announced that they believe that the men who murdered gay bar manager, Jody Dobrowski (pictured), 24, on Clapham Common verbally abused a woman fifteen minutes earlier in a nearby street.Mr Dobrowski was found unconscious in the early hours of Saturday but died later in hospital. He had suffered a violent, homophobic attack that caused head, neck and facial injuries.

12:00 AM — Liam Fox (pictured) the rightwing contender for the Conservative Party leadership has spoken for the first time about rumours of his gay past.In an interview for the London Evening Standard he claimed that his impending marriage to Jesme Baird should mean an end to any gossip about his private life. However, he refused to deny that he might have had a gay relationship in the past.

California Votes to Legalise Gay Marriages
12:00 AM — California's Senate has defied the US President George Bush by voting to legislate for gay marriages.Although many areas in the USA do offer some form of Gay marriage, this is the first time that a State Senate has passed a bill legalising same-sex marriages. The bill passed with 21 votes compared to 15 votes from those opposing moves.
