LA Times: Gay marriage question put to Sotomayor

The Los Angeles Times nots that Sen. Charles E. Grassley (R-Iowa) asked Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor about a court ruling that said Minnesota could deny a marriage license to two men.
