Thousands to Rally for Marriage Equality at L.A. City Hall as Part of National Day of Action

LOS ANGELES, CA — As part of a national “Day of Action,” tens of thousands of supporters of same sex marriage and full equality for LGBT Americans will hold a rally at Los Angeles City Hall. This event, organized by Freedom-Action-Inclusion-

Rights (F.A.I.R.) with the support and involvement of many other organizations, was developed in the wake of the recent passage of Proposition 8 and is being held simultaneously with rallies at city halls across the nation and around the world.  The rally will be followed by a march through Downtown Los Angeles, which will end at the Los Angeles Historic Park, commonly known as “the Cornfield.”
