Vatican Calls Democrats ‘Party of Death’

In a recent interview, Raymond Burke, the current prefect of the Vatican’s Supreme Court of the Apostolic Signature and the former St. Louis Archbishop, not only described the U.S. Democratic Party as being at risk of “transforming itself definitively into a party of death for its decisions on bioethical issues,” but called out leading Catholic politicians, vice presidential candidate Joe Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, for misrepresenting Catholic teaching on abortion.
