Shocking ‘HIV Attack’ Trial Begins

Three men in the Netherlands went on trial Tuesday on charges that they deliberately infected 12 other men with HIV and tried to infect two others. Prosecutors say the three men — all HIV-positive and residents of the northern Dutch city of Gorningen — advertised gay sex parties on the Internet, but when men would arrive for the parties they were drugged, raped, and then injected with HIV-tainted blood drawn from the HIV-positive party organizers.
