David Kernell, the 20-year-old son of Democratic Tennessee state Representative Mike Kernell of Memphis, was indicted on Tuesday by a federal grand jury in Knoxville on the charge that he intentionally accessed an email account belonging to Republican vice-presidential nominee Gov. Sarah Palin’s without her permission. On Wednesday however, Kernell, plead not guilty to the charges.
