I am not familiar with the rules but I don’t think that putting your hand on an other player’s genitals in order to slow him down is allowed
The soccer world is such a sexy world, sometimes they end up in positions you would not even think of. Like on the picture above where number 5 almost lost his short, trying to put his head somewhere under the guy on the right lol!
This is what they do when they are happy … well … I don’t really get the “self suffocation” thing, but nice pecs anyway!
