Court: Ga. transgender candidate didn’t mislead voters
Michelle Bruce, a transgender candidate for City Council in Riverdale, Ga., did not perpetrate “fraud” or “misconduct” on voters because of her gender identity, the Georgia Supreme Court has ruled in a suit filed by two of her opponents last year.
