With all the focus on the presidential race and the fact that Sarah Palin is getting more media attention than her running mate, it can be easy to forget Tip O’Neill‘s basic rule all politics are local. So with Tip at the top of my mind, I want to turn attention to my own Congressional District New York’s 21st.
