In an interview with Today host Matt Lauer, America’s golden boy, Michael Phelps, announced ht at he will be using the $1 million bonus he earned from Speedo to create the Michael Phelps Foundation. The new foundation will spread the money to charitable programs across the country that promote waters safety and encourage children to learn how to swim.
