Howard K. Stern Sues Anna Nicole’s Former ‘Pal’ for Gay Rumors

Things have gone from bad to worse for Anna Nicole Smith’s former lawyer and hubby Howard K. Stern. He lost her son Daniel, then Anna, then a paternity test proved her daughter Dannielynn Hope was not his. So what’s a guy to do? Sue, of course. Stern is suing the sister of Anna Nicole’s former boyfriend, Jackie Hatten, who he claims spread all those vicious gay rumors about him and Dannielynn’s birth father Larry Birkhead during the custody trial.
