The Washington DC area is quickly becoming a haven for gay sports tournaments. This year, the city successfully hosted the International Gay and Lesbian Aquatics championships, and now the International Gay Lesbian Football Association (IGLFA) has named the Federal Triangles Soccer Club (FTSC) out of DC as the hosts of the 2009 Gay Soccer World Championships.
