Making his first ever appearance on The View, former president Bill Clinton, said that his wife Sen. Hillary Clinton did not want to be Barack Obama’s vice-presidential running mate but would have accepted the job if called upon for the sake of the Democratic Party. Mr. Clinton also explained later in the day why he believes Sarah Palin is performing so well in America’s heartland.
