Sports for Girls: A View from the Couch

The Olympics are officially over and all those perfectly sculpted bodies have gone home with their medals. That just leaves you and me standing in front of the mirror flexing our biceps. That view might be interesting for the girl you shared the bed with last night, but for me at least, it lacks a certain gold medal status. For that reason, I’ve got two words for you personal trainer. Preferably, a hot, sexy lady who will bend and stretch you in all the right ways… Someone perhaps like Queen Latifah’s hottie fitness coach Jeanette Jenkins.
