With the first weekend of the 2008 Olympic Games in the books from Beijing, American swimmer Michael Phelps is on his way to what may make him the most famous Olympic athlete of all time. Phelps got off to a great start over the weekend, not only taking gold in the 400 meter IM, but also setting the world record with a time of 4:03.86.
