Mary-Kate Olsen Won’t Discuss Heath Ledger Death Without Immunity

Actress Mary-Kate Olsen has refused to be questioned by federal authorities investigating Heath Ledger’s accidental drug overdose unless she is given immunity from prosecution, according to a report by the New York Post. Investigators are still trying to determine how Ledger acquired some of the prescription drugs involved in his death. Olsen was the first person called to the scene after Ledger’s body was discovered by a masseuse in January.
