Just weeks after a three-judge panel of the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the FCC had overstepped its boundaries in fining CBS for the now infamous Janet Jackson ‘wardrobe malfunction’ incident at the hands of Justin Timberlake, conservative Texas Rep. Pete Sessions, one of the loudest voices that rang out in support of the 2004 FCC fines, finds himself at the center of an indecency scandal of his own. Ah, ’tis such sweet irony.
