Michelangelo Signorile talked to Carla Lewis, a transgender woman and lesbian who runs the Tennessee Transgender Political Coalition. Lewis was inside the Tennessee Valley Universalist Unitarian Church when 58-year old James Adkisson opened fire there last week, killing two. Adkisson left a note indicating that he targeted the church because he hates liberals and gays.
