Naked Truth: Easier for Lesbians to Act Straight?

Is it easier for some lesbians to act straight than to tolerate homophobia? To avoid coming out, lesbians sometimes cope by ‘acting straight’ living a straight life but sleeping with women on the side or foregoing intimacy altogether. Sometimes choosing to be who you really are is the hardest thing to be, because it’s tough to have to fight for it.
