‘I Didn’t Do It’: John McCain and the Deception of States’ Rights

Once again, John McCain is using the old ’states rights’ excuse to justify his position on a number of social issues he’ll obviously never get behind. But does leaving it to the states necessarily make us safe, or is it all a big ruse to get McCain in the White House and some new conservative blood in the Supreme Court?
