Facebook Group Attempts to Resurrect New York’s Roxy

Back in 2007, one of New York’s oldest gay nightclubs The Roxy went dark to make way for what, at the time, was a rumored condo co-op. According to TowleRoad.com, those reports might have been premature. The new owners have applied for a liquor license and a Facebook group has formed to counter a group of Chelsea residents looking to block the new owners from resurrecting the gay landmark.
