Court: Gays Cannot Sue Russian President

(Moscow) A Moscow court ruled Tuesday that Russian President Dmitry Medvedev (pictured) is immune from prosecution, throwing out a complaint by gay pride organizers that Medvedev ignored pleas to intervene in a longstanding dispute with the city over Moscow’s ban on the event.
