Anti-Gay Adoption Initiative Faces Names Crunch

(Little Rock, Arkansas) An organization collecting signatures to place an initiative on the November ballot to ban unmarried couples from adopting or fostering children in Arkansas said Thursday it will submit its petitions by Monday’s deadline but will likely need more time to get the number required.
