A final vote on a global AIDS-relief bill that also would lift the 15-year-old prohibition on foreign visitors and immigrants with HIV from entering or seeking residence in the U.S. could take place by the July Fourth holiday recess, according to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev.
