Even if you gave up on the speedo a long time ago, we are still enjoying very much every moment of you under the sun. We know also that sometimes it only takes an ice machine or a balcony to get you in the exhibitionist mood. But what’s up with the attitude !!!? Bad boy … go and take a plunge in the cold water or I am going to spank you … coz that’s what you want right !?

TAKE A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE … OF HOLLYWOOD
When in the rest of the world people were proudly walking … Alek and I have decided to go for a sunset hike in the Hollywood Hills. It is not the first time we went there but usually I don’t really take the “wild animal” signs seriously … mistake !!!
While walking down the hill, after a few Hollywood poses for the camera we came face to face with a Coyote, I know it is not a mountain lion but still it does not look very friendly up close … I put my camera down, just like if coyote cares … while Alek clapped with his hands to scare him away … yeah we are that good with the nature, lol !!! But it worked, the coyote probably thought it was safer for him to get away from those two psychos!

Paris was no exception today with the annual Gay Pride event but don’t even dare call this a Gay Pride it is “La Marche des Fiertes” with this year more than half a million people taking it to the streets. The motto “for a school without any discrimination” dedicated to the fight against racism, sexism and xenophobia among young people.
Thanx to our French correspondent Vincent, we have for you some exclusive shots of the parade. Without being there I can see that nothing really changes through the years, for good or bad, I am not sure!
Straight teenagers who only come here to dance and drink booze on the streets, exhibitionists and feather lovers, gogo dancers promoting parties and clubs … and lost in the middle of all of that a couple of gay people

Georgia’s five Democratic candidates who want to replace incumbent Republican U.S. Sen. Saxby Chambliss collided Sunday in their first televised debate over campaign cash, gay marriage, political experience and even the past TV reporting of one of the candidates.
The thinly funded candidates attacked former state lawmaker Jim Martin for taking special-interest campaign money. DeKalb Chief Executive Officer Vernon Jones and former WSB-TV investigative reporter Dale Cardwell traded jabs over Cardwell’s past reporting.

Same-sex unions boost California’s June wedding average: Survey finds that more than two and a half times the usual number of couples were issued a license.
County clerks issued more than 8,500 marriage licenses in the first week same-sex marriage was legal in California, more than two and half times an average June week, a Times survey found.
The tally includes licenses issued to both same-sex and heterosexual couples, although county clerks in many locations indicated that the majority went to gay and lesbian couples. The state, which is not tracking the gender of applicants, has replaced “Bride” and “Groom” on marriage applications with the terms “Party A” and “Party B.”
In Los Angeles County, the state’s most populous, 1,806 licenses were issued from 5:01 p.m. on June 16, when the ban lifted, through June 23. The number, the highest in the state, was nearly twice an average week. San Diego County reported 864 licenses issued, up from 225; San Francisco County 849, up from 120; Orange County 667, up from 150; and Riverside County 493, up from 45.
Riverside County, where Palm Springs has marketed itself as a destination for gay marriages, saw the largest percentage increase, jumping nearly 1,000%. County officials said 329 of the 493 licenses issued went to same-sex couples.
“You know, honestly, I think we didn’t know what to expect,” said Riverside County’s Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder Larry W. Ward. “We had heard that there were going to be airplanes of people flown in but that never materialized so we were a bit over-prepared.” The state, which is not tracking the gender of applicants, has replaced “Bride” and “Groom” on marriage applications with the terms “Party A” and “Party B.”

Competing images in the fight over same-sex marriage
SACRAMENTO — Since June 16, Californians have been bombarded with images of gay marriage: men kissing men, women embracing women, with friends and family celebrating alongside.
Now both backers and foes of Proposition 8, a November ballot initiative that would amend California’s Constitution to ban same-sex marriage, are employing those images and others in their fundraising strategies. As of Friday, the initiative’s supporters had raised nearly $2.3 million, its foes about $1.3 million. Consultants predict that by the time voters go to the polls 4 1/2 months from now, each side will have raised $15 million or more.
“In many people’s minds, it is the civil rights issue of the day, if not the decade,” said Steve Smith, the leading political consultant working to keep same-sex marriage legal in California. “People are very focused on it across the country.”
Fundraising for the campaigns is only now beginning in a serious way. But groups on each side will rely on images to help them persuade constituents to dip into their pockets.
Human Rights Campaign, which advocates for gay rights from its base in Washington, D.C., featured on its website a photo of Phyllis Lyon and Del Martin of San Francisco, who have lived together since the Eisenhower administration. They made news around the country when they exchanged vows the evening of June 16.
“Help preserve this momentous victory — donate to HRC,” the caption reads.
Human Rights Campaign has contributed $242,600 so far to defeat the initiative.
