Since becoming the youngest woman ever to win an Oscar at age 10 for Paper Moon, life has proven to be a slippery slope of drugs, alcohol and alleged child abuse for Tatum O’Neal. Sunday evening, the former child star was arrested on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
