Monochromatic Pride

Since last June, I have ridden in the West Hollywood Pride Parade, attended the festivities in Copenhagen, marched with Hillary Clinton supporters in Puerto Rico and cheered on the gays from Boston Common. What I realized over the course of my Pride-a-palooza was just how common the events seemed. The only thing that seemed to vary were the venues, and the weather.
