In Washington, a nod and a wink says more than anything put out for public disclosure. No one knows that better than U.S. Senate Banking Chairman, Chris Dodd. Dodd received preferential treatment for loans obtained from the allegedly mismanaged Countrywide Financial Services while overseeing the mortgage industry on behalf of America.
