Enrique Iglesias will be keeping his fingers crossed for Spain as he sings the official tournament song ‘Can You Hear Me?’ before Sunday’s final in Vienna. “It’s a real honour to perform at the final.” However, he admitted that he would be rooting for Spain to add to their 1964 UEFA European Championship success. “The time has come,” he said. “If not now, when?”
Enrique’s father Julio Iglesias was a youth-team goalkeeper at Real Madrid CF before being involved in a car accident that moved him towards a musical career. Let’s hope Enrique’s voice will eventually stop the rain at some point … what’s up with the weather in Europe right now !!!? We want sunshine when we will go to France and Spain this summer.
