David Sender Suffers Sprain

Gymnast and national champion David Sender, a favorite to be named to the United States’ Olympic gymnastics team, took a spill Wednesday night spraining his right ankle. The Stanford senior is now seeing if he can make it through the Olympic trials to qualify for the team. Trials for the men’s Olympic team began Thursday and run through Sunday in Philadelphia.
