The actress behind Karen Walker, Megan Mullally, has said Will and Grace could be back on our screens before long.

While doing the press rounds for new movie ‘Why Him?’ the former Karen Walker actress has claimed there’s “a very real chance” the show could return with new episodes.

“So speaking theoretically, in a completely made-up world where Will & Grace is coming back to NBC for ten episodes – just in that made-up world – it couldn’t be a better time,” Mullally revealed, laughing.

“Well, OK. All I can say is that there is a very good chance that that might happen,” the two-time Emmy winner told PrideSource.

“It’s not happening right this second. I mean, we’re not rehearsing or anything like that.

“But there is a very good chance that something is going to materialize.”

The exact plans for the reunion won’t be known for sometime, though, as she’s keeping tight lipped about the show’s potential.

“But I can’t really talk about it or say anything, because you know how it is,” Mullally added.

The mooted reunion has been speculated on for some time, with all four main cast members saying they’d be interested to reprise their roles.

A YouTube special that aired earlier in the year to support Hillary Clinton’s campaign for president was seen by almost seven million viewers.

Now it looks like, after a decade off screen, the show could be back.
