Anna Richardson is to host a brand new Channel 4 show where people will strip off to find love.

Naked Attraction – from the makers of Tattoo Fixers and Gogglebox – will see people get fully naked to find out whether they can rely on their natural instincts alone to find a partner.

The show will see a singleton will pick a date from a line-up of six people – but their prospective dates will be in the studio without any clothes on.

As the show goes progresses, the contestant will rule out people based on whose physiques they’re attracted to – talking Richardson through their choices as they go along.

As the potential matches are whittled down, Richardson – who previously hosted The Sex Education Show – will reveal information about what people “normally use to judge a partner on” – from what they do for a living, to how they dress.

“In an increasingly complicated dating world, some evolutionary psychologists and sexual scientists believe that our bodies alone may still project the best information for us to select a successful partner,” a press release for the show states.

Richardson – who is in a relationship with fellow presenter Sue Perkins – recently claimed that it feels “completely natural” to be with a woman, but also that it can be “far more intense” than dating men.

Speaking to Diva magazine, the ‘Secret Eaters’ star also opened up about her relationship with Bake Off star Perkins.

The couple first revealed that they were together last January, with Richardson saying they have an “extraordinary connection”.

About those who laughed at their relationship when they first got together she said: “I found that offensive and I put them bloody straight.”
