Fashionistas beware, the phrase “don’t I know him from somewhere?” has taken on a whole new meaning – as gay porn performer Colby Keller reveals his new role in Vivienne Westwood’s spring 2016 campaign.

The actor – who commands a larger than average gay following – was unveiled as part of the “Mirror the World” campaign, which aims to tackle issues including mass tourism and climate change.

Shot along the canals and alleyways of Venice, the photoshoot sees Keller in an array of heels, fishnets, and often much much less, in typical Westwood style.

Vivienne Westwood

“Vivienne Westwood is not only a fashion hero of mine, she’s a passionate advocate for the environment,” Keller told NNN. “We all need to focus our attention on the problem of climate change, especially when our political culture fails to address the catastrophe coming.”

The adult entertainer has previously appeared in queer fashion designer BCALLA’s AW15 campaign, but this is his first time with the British designer.

Westwood explained: “Our Spring-Summer 2016 campaign ‘Mirror the World’ is about saving Venice.

“The problem there is one of repair, mass tourism on cruise ships and of climate change. Shot around the alleys & canals, shipyards and palazzos of Venice, the campaign highlights the beauty & decay of Venice and the urgent need to save it.”
