After taking to Instagram to post romantic cryptic photos, is the Orange Is The New Black star pining after her ex?
The Australian DJ and actress uploaded the pics – which was seen by her 6.2 million followers and already has over 44 thousand likes – earlier today, with some interpreting the image as a message to her ex fiancée Phoebe Dahl.
The quote – from author Beau Taplin – reads: “You completely redefine my idea of what love is and should be.
“That it needn’t be possessive, volatile or detrimental to your well-being, but can be selfless, gentle and consistent and should empower you to pursue your passions.
“That it should balance and enrich a life, not tear it to pieces”
Last week, Rose also shared a post of Dahl’s entitled ‘Why complicate life’, which included the line: “Missing somebody? Call.”
Dahl originally called this her ‘New years resolutions’
A few days ago Dahl posted on her own Instagram page “And with all the forgetfulness I have been given, I still remember you.” A message that could have been aimed at her old flame.
The photo was quickly and mysteriously removed with no reason given.
The couple – who dated for almost two years – announced their split in December, claiming it was a mutual decision.
“Our break is not the result of any media speculation, and we want nothing but the best for each other,” Dahl said at the time.
Rose announced the split on Facebook, writing: “Phoebe remains very dear to my heart. I will forever treasure our time together. I’m a better person because of the time we shared.
“They say, ‘It’s better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.’ I’m lucky to have had the chance to love her.”
However E! News claimed the break up was due to their busy and conflicting schedules, with the star rumoured to have quickly moved on to American singer Halsey, after the pair were pictured out and about together.
