The lawsuit brought by a Nebraska woman against all the gay people in the world has been thrown out of court.

Sylvia Driskell asked a federal judge in Omaha to decide whether homosexuality is a sin.

In a seven-page petition to the court, Driskell quoted bible verses, and stated “that homosexuality is a sin and that they the homosexuals know it is a sin to live a life of homosexuality. Why else would they have been hiding in the closet.

“Why are judges passing laws, so sinners can break religious and moral laws?

“Will all the judges of this Nation, judge God to be a lier?[sic]

“For God has said; that all unrighteousness is sin, and that homosexuality is abomination.”

Judge John Gerrard said: “The United States Federal Courts were created to resolve actual cases and controversies arising under the Constitution and the laws of the United States.

A federal court is not a forum for debate or discourse on theological matters.”

She has also been denied the opportunity to re-draft her complaint.

This week a gay couple launched a petition to allow their son to be baptised.
